On October 12, 2023, the University of Music and Performing Arts Vienna (mdw) hosted the concert evening “Lebenstänze – Lebensstürme”. This was part of the conference “Combining the Arts: Multimedia Performances in the Early 19th-Century Habsburg Empire” and resulted from a cooperation between the Commission for Interdisciplinary Schubert Research, the Institute for Musicology and Interpretation Research and the mdw. Digitized graphics from the holdings of the Derra de Moroda Dance Archives were made available and accompanied the evening dance-wise by being part of the integrated video projections.
